Privacy Policy

Last updated October 25, 2026

Kiun (getkiun.com) is run by an independent developer based in South Korea. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to hello@getkiun.com.

The short version

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined in California law.

Who processes it for us

These providers process data only on our instructions. Because we operate from South Korea and these services run in the United States and elsewhere, your information is transferred internationally.

Cookies and browser storage

Analytics sets a cookie and local-storage identifier so visits can be counted without knowing who you are. We also store your Kiun Type and campaign tag in your browser so a later waitlist sign-up can include them. You can clear or block these in your browser settings; the quiz still works.

How long we keep it

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent to emails, at any time by writing to hello@getkiun.com. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live — including California, the EU and UK, and South Korea — you may have additional rights under local law, and we honor them for everyone.

Children

Kiun is not intended for anyone under 14, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has joined the waitlist, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and the waitlist database is not publicly readable. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect to reduce the risk.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above, and email waitlist members about significant changes.
